This organic loaf starts with our signature sourdough — just flour, water, and salt — and gets infused with fresh rosemary and a touch of organic extra virgin olive oil. Fermented for at least 48 hours, it's easier to digest and a great option for those with gluten sensitivity. No added sugar, no preservatives, and nothing artificial.

Pairs perfectly with soups, spreads, or a little olive oil and sea salt. This is bread, upgraded.
